Evaliant Mobile is the name of the tool to watch advertising on mobile Internet, launched by TNS Media Intelligence. The solution is an automated ecommerce method, accessible in France, which allows continuous monitoring of banner ads on mobile Internet in real time.
Evaliant Mobile is now a database of 1.083 different creations for 79 active advertisers. This is the result of five months of experiments and tests started with a panel of twenty sites in the beginning of 2009 and a rise since the end of May which led to 60 sites. As a first step, Evaliant Mobile measures the presence of advertisers on mobile websites and their creations. The next step is to develop these advertising activities, as is already the case for the fixed Internet.. Early trends show a predominance of advertisers in the world of telecommunications, information media and the travel-tourism. Trends decrypted by Evaliant Mobile will be defined as the rise of tracking mobile sites.
Outside advertisers, the so called "pure players" already motivate, other historical actors are beginning to emerge such as Coca Cola, Renault, McDonalds, Philips, RATP, Crédit Agricole and the Department of Defense or the INPES.
